You can scan a document on your iPhone using the built-in Notes app. Here's how:

Open the Notes app and create a new note.
Tap the camera icon in the toolbar, then tap Scan Documents.
Place the document you want to scan on a flat surface, making sure it's well-lit and aligned with the camera frame.
The Notes app will automatically detect and scan the document, displaying a preview of the scanned image.
Tap Save to save the scanned document to the note.
Note: The ability to scan documents is available on iPhone models with iOS 11 and later.
